On the other hand I still don't hear the B note of the G chord (the 16 on the G string). It certainly works, but I don't hear it on the live versions I've given a close listen to. On the Downhill from Here vid you get a good look and Bob does simply move up two frets and keep the same fingering from the F to the G. I just can't hear him hitting the B note. Anyway enough of that.
